Combining Work and Pleasure: Photographing the Gardens

My task today was to walk around and enjoy the garden. Literally! Natasha, the president of the Château, and I had previously identified areas in need of intervention or upkeep. While pinpointing these areas on a plan is relatively easy, the size and complexity of the gardens, including the villa gardens, can make it easy to overlook the small details or unique characteristics of each space.
So, my task was to take detailed photographs of each area to capture the visual essence of the space. This led to a rich, photographic collage that will be useful for anyone, including members of the Clews family in America, who may want to refresh their memory and have a clearer visual reference for future projects.
