A Day Among Plants, A Night Among Friends

The long-awaited day arrived to bring plants into the office, an experience that was both exciting and therapeutic. I’ve always been drawn to the textures, scents, and evolving forms of plants, and walking through the nursery felt like stepping into a living, breathing gallery of natural design. While I couldn’t bring back every plant I loved, I carefully selected ones that would enhance the space both visually and functionally.
With Cyrielle’s help, we also picked up fresh paint for my mural another important step in shaping the office’s evolving identity. These tasks required a level of problem-solving and adaptability, reminding me how crucial it is to be flexible and decisive in design. Once back at the Château, I placed each plant in its designated spot, and instantly, the office felt transformed, more alive and more harmonious. It was rewarding to see my colleagues appreciate the change, reinforcing how even small design choices can create a significant impact.
To celebrate, I was invited to a cocktail and dinner with the artists, where conversations flowed from creative pursuits to personal growth. Being the youngest in the group, I found these discussions invaluable and an opportunity to absorb wisdom on resilience, curiosity, and adaptability.
