Lost in Strokes of White Blossoms
Workday: 19/02/2025

Some days are meant to be slow, filled with the rhythm of brushstrokes, soft music, and quiet reflection. Today, my focus was entirely on my mural, a project that continues to evolve with each passing day. There’s something deeply grounding about these focused days, where I can fully immerse myself in intricate details while observing how my colleagues interact with the newly designed office. These moments of quiet creation allow me to reflect, refine, and reconnect with my artistic process.
A midday break led to a shared lunch with a few artists, a moment of warmth and exchange. They not only made lunch but also engaged in thoughtful discussions about my mural and their own creative pursuits. Being constantly surrounded by artists and thinkers could be overwhelming in another setting, but at the Château, it feels revitalising. There’s an energy in these interactions that fuels my purpose, making me appreciate the balance between solitude in creation and inspiration through community.

Returning to my mural in the afternoon, I realized the space was missing something plants. Introducing greenery would not only refresh the office but also give my colleagues something to care for, making them feel more connected to the space. I started planning a selection of air-purifying plants, indoor trees, and low-maintenance succulents, all carefully chosen to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. On Thursday, I’ll bring this vision to life, adding another thoughtful layer to the workspace.
