The Big Day of Preparations

Today, the pace for preparing the open studio truly sped up. Our day was packed with discussions and meetings to decide the best sequence for presenting each artist’s body of work to the public. It was a challenging task, as we needed to carefully consider the media, the atmosphere, and the layout to ensure the flow felt natural and that visitors could fully engage with each piece.
Balancing these elements was key to creating an experience that would be both impactful and easy for the audience to absorb. Luckily, as a team, we produced a suitable sequence for in which everyone benefited.
I also had the honor of capturing work-in-progress photos for our Instagram account to promote the open studios happening the next day. This not only showcased the artists’ creative processes but also built excitement among potential visitors. It was a day filled with successful organisation and I’m confident that the final outcome will be incredible.
