Tours and Celebrations
Work day 23/10/2024

Today, I was honored to lead a tour for one of the resident’s families, Ronit, who had traveled all the way from Israel to visit her. I wanted to give them the best glimpse into the Château’s history, capturing the time, love, and artistry behind it. It was my first time executing a tour, so I presented the English translations and added some fun facts I’d picked up from my own research in the archives, old newspapers, and photos. The positive feedback was encouraging, and I’d love to continue doing more tours in the future
After the tour, I had the chance to organise the gifts and plan the evening for one of the artist’s birthdays, Josue. It’s truly meaningful to be part of these moments, as it allows me to represent the Château team and our care and make the day memorable for everyone.
These celebrations really give everyone the opportunity to get to know each other better on a personal level not only professional and build the friendship relations which will long live after the residency ends. I am very fortunate to be part of that.
