The Finalisation, Shopping lists and Socialisation
Work Day 06/12/2024

On the last day of the week, we gathered for an important meeting with the entire French office to discuss the final details of the office redesign—layout, circulation, and furniture placement. It was a challenge to present my design decisions in a clear and concise way, ensuring the team understood and felt comfortable with the changes. I focused on making sure the explanation was not only practical but also approachable, aiming to inspire confidence in the new design and open the door to their ideas and feedback.
The final mood boards and videos played a crucial role in my presentation, allowing my colleagues to truly envision themselves working, chatting, and thriving in the newly designed office space. I also created a safe space for them to share their thoughts and recommendations, whether it was about chairs, desks, or any other aspect that would enhance their office experience.
This collaborative approach made me proud, as I was able to create a design that wasn’t just about aesthetics, but about fostering a space that truly supports and enriches their daily work life.

To end the day, I contrasted the professional atmosphere of the office with a visit to the local French Christmas market in Cannes with my French colleagues.
It was a delightful experience that allowed me to get to know them beyond work, sparking conversations and laughter. The warmth of the holiday season and the relaxed setting created a space for deeper connections, paving the way for future meetings and shared activities.
