Week 8 Reflections
This week felt incredibly warm and familial. Despite the design challenges and setbacks I encountered while adapting the office redesign, these moments were always balanced by human connection whether through the children’s workshops, late artist dinners, or casual office chit-chats. These interactions reminded me of the importance of nurturing soft skills like communication, friendship, and patience.
The Château offers an environment that encourages this personal growth, keeping me both fulfilled and productive while preventing burnout. I’m grateful for the contract extension and excited to continue collaborating on the office development with the team next week.
