Shopping list and Renderings
Workday 13/11/2024
Reviewing my previous render today inspired me to try a different approach by creating a video montage of images on SketchUp. It was my first attempt at this type of montage, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it captured the object’s textures and details.
However, I felt that it was lacking in the dynamics that people bring to a space, and the camera movement was more rigid than I’d like.
In future projects, I would blend this technique with Photoshop collages and Twinmotion renders to better capture the atmosphere, materiality, and liveliness of the space.

Feeling driven and excited about my first-ever design project that will come to life the Château office I jumped online to research the ideal furniture and accessories. Balancing colours and sizes has been a constant challenge, ensuring every element works in harmony.
When a colleague returned and expressed her need for more storage, it opened up a new discussion about furniture arrangements. While this adjustment means my initial design becomes a draft, I see it as an opportunity to adapt and prioritise user needs. Listening and evolving the design to suit everyone’s comfort is something I’m truly passionate about.
